All lodging at Miner’s Inn are smoke free. Please use the porch’s and outside area to smoke. 

Pets are welcome and must be kept on leash when outdoors.

All reservations that are cancelled at least three weeks prior to your arrive date, you will be subject to a $25 cancelation fee for all rental types. If you cancel your reservation within 2 weeks prior to your arrival date but at least 1 week before your arrival date, you will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. 

If you cancel your reservation with less than 1 week notice, you will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee. 

If you would like to change your dates, you are required to notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. There will be no charge for first initial change of dates. Any subsequent changes will be subject to our normal cancellation policy. There will be no changing dates on a reservations with less than 2 weeks prior notice.

We do not issue weather related refunds or for early departures.
